Baccarat Chemin de Fer Policies

Baccarat is enjoyed with eight decks in a dealer’s shoe. Cards valued less than 10 are valued at their printed number while Ten, Jack, Queen, King are zero, and Ace is one. Wagers are placed on the ‘banker’, the ‘player’, or for a tie (these are not actual people; they just represent the 2 hands that are dealt).

Two cards are dealt to both the ‘bank’ and ‘gambler’. The total for each hand is the sum total of the two cards, however the 1st digit is dropped. For instance, a hand of five and six has a score of 1 (5 plus six = 11; ditch the first ‘1′).

A third card could be given out using the rules below:

- If the gambler or house gets a total of eight or 9, both players hold.

- If the gambler has less than five, she hits. Players otherwise stand.

- If the player stays, the bank hits on a value lower than 5. If the player takes a card, a chart is employed to figure out if the house holds or hits.

Punto Banco Odds

The better of the two totals wins. Winning wagers on the house pay out nineteen to Twenty (even payout minus a 5 percent commission. The Rake is recorded and cleared out once you leave the table so be sure to have money left over before you quit). Winning wagers on the gambler pays one to one. Winning bets for a tie typically pays out at eight to one but sometimes nine to one. (This is a bad bet as ties happen less than one in every ten hands. Be wary of gambling on a tie. However odds are substantially better for 9 to 1 versus eight to one)

Bet on correctly baccarat offers generally good odds, aside from the tie bet of course.

Punto Banco Method

As with all games baccarat banque has quite a few common myths. One of which is similar to a myth in roulette. The past isn’t a fore-teller of future outcomes. Keeping score of previous outcomes on a sheet of paper is a poor use of paper and a snub to the tree that was cut down for our stationary needs.

The most established and definitely the most favorable plan is the one-three-two-six technique. This tactic is deployed to maximize earnings and minimizing losses.

Begin by betting one chip. If you win, add another to the 2 on the game table for a grand total of three chips on the second bet. If you succeed you will have 6 on the game table, take away 4 so you are left with 2 on the 3rd bet. If you win the third wager, deposit 2 on the four on the table for a sum total of six on the 4th round.

If you lose on the 1st round, you take a loss of 1. A profit on the first wager followed by a hit on the second creates a hit of two. Success on the initial 2 with a hit on the third provides you with a take of 2. And wins on the initial three with a loss on the 4th means you are even. Winning at all 4 rounds gives you with 12, a take of ten. This means you can lose the 2nd round five times for every favorable streak of four rounds and still balance the books.
