Punto Banco Regulations

Punto banco is bet on with 8 decks of cards in a dealing shoe. Cards below ten are valued at their printed value while Ten, Jack, Queen, King are zero, and Ace is 1. Bets are placed on the ‘bank’, the ‘player’, or on a tie (these aren’t really people; they just represent the two hands to be dealt).

Two cards are dealt to both the ‘house’ and ‘player’. The total for each hand is the total of the two cards, although the first number is discarded. e.g., a hand of five and 6 has a value of one (five plus six equals 11; dump the first ‘one’).

A additional card might be dealt using the rules below:

- If the player or bank gets a total of 8 or nine, the two players stay.

- If the player has five or lower, she hits. Players holds otherwise.

- If the gambler stands, the banker hits on a total lower than 5. If the player hits, a guide is used to figure out if the bank stays or hits.

Baccarat Chemin de Fer Odds

The greater of the 2 totals wins. Winning wagers on the banker payout nineteen to Twenty (equal money minus a 5% rake. Commission are kept track of and cleared out when you quit the game so be sure to still have funds left before you quit). Winning wagers on the gambler pays 1:1. Winning wagers for tie usually pays eight to one but on occasion 9 to 1. (This is a bad bet as ties occur less than one in every 10 rounds. Be wary of wagering on a tie. Although odds are substantially greater for 9 to 1 versus eight to one)

Wagered on properly baccarat gives fairly good odds, apart from the tie bet of course.

Punto Banco Course of Action

As with all games baccarat banque has quite a few familiar myths. One of which is close to a misunderstanding in roulette. The past isn’t a fore-teller of events about to happen. Tracking past outcomes at a table is a waste of paper and a snub to the tree that was cut down for our paper needs.

The most familiar and definitely the most acknowledged plan is the one, three, two, six method. This method is employed to build up profits and limit risk.

Start by betting 1 unit. If you win, add another to the 2 on the table for a grand total of 3 chips on the second bet. Should you win you will retain six on the table, pull off 4 so you are left with 2 on the third round. If you succeed on the third bet, put down 2 to the 4 on the table for a grand total of 6 on the 4th bet.

If you do not win on the 1st bet, you take a hit of 1. A profit on the 1st round followed by a hit on the 2nd causes a hit of two. Wins on the initial two with a hit on the 3rd gives you with a take of two. And wins on the 1st 3 with a defeat on the 4th means you are even. Succeeding at all four bets gives you with twelve, a profit of 10. This means you can lose the 2nd bet 5 instances for each successful streak of four rounds and still experience no loss.
