Baccarat Codes

Baccarat banque is bet on with 8 decks in a dealer’s shoe. Cards valued less than 10 are valued at their printed value while 10, J, Q, K are zero, and Ace is 1. Wagers are made on the ‘bank’, the ‘player’, or on a tie (these are not really people; they simply represent the 2 hands to be dealt).

Two cards are given to both the ‘house’ and ‘player’. The value for each hand is the total of the two cards, but the 1st number is discarded. For example, a hand of five and six has a score of one (five plus six equals 11; dump the 1st ‘one’).

A 3rd card will be dealt based on the rules below:

- If the player or house has a value of eight or 9, both players stay.

- If the gambler has less than 5, she takes a card. Players stays otherwise.

- If the player stands, the banker takes a card on a total lower than five. If the player hits, a chart is used to figure out if the house holds or hits.

Punto Banco Odds

The greater of the 2 hands wins. Winning bets on the bank payout 19:20 (even money less a 5 percent rake. The Rake is recorded and cleared out once you quit the table so make sure you still have cash remaining just before you head out). Winning bets on the player pays out at 1 to 1. Winning bets for tie usually pays eight to one but sometimes 9:1. (This is a awful bet as a tie occurs lower than one in every ten rounds. Avoid gambling on a tie. However odds are astonishingly greater for 9:1 versus 8:1)

Bet on correctly punto banco offers pretty good odds, apart from the tie bet of course.

Punto Banco Scheme

As with all games baccarat banque has a few established false impressions. One of which is the same as a false impression in roulette. The past is not a fore-teller of events about to happen. Recording previous outcomes on a sheet of paper is a waste of paper and an affront to the tree that gave its life for our paper needs.

The most accepted and possibly the most favorable scheme is the one-three-two-six tactic. This plan is deployed to maximize winnings and minimizing losses.

Start by wagering one unit. If you win, add one more to the 2 on the table for a grand total of 3 units on the second bet. If you win you will hold six on the table, take away 4 so you are left with two on the 3rd round. Should you win the 3rd bet, add two on the four on the game table for a total of six on the 4th bet.

If you lose on the first round, you take a loss of one. A profit on the initial round followed by a loss on the 2nd causes a loss of two. Success on the initial two with a defeat on the third provides you with a gain of two. And wins on the first three with a loss on the 4th means you experience no loss. Winning all 4 bets gives you with twelve, a profit of ten. This means you are able to give up the second bet 5 instances for each favorable run of four bets and still balance the books.
